Returns Policy
At Inc. Box 107, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we offer a flexible returns policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Please read the following guidelines to understand our returns and refund process.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for:
- Faulty or defective items: If the item has a major fault, does not match the description, or is unfit for its intended purpose.
- Incorrect items: If you received the wrong item.
- Size exchanges: If you purchased the wrong size and need to exchange it for the correct one.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Please note: We do not offer returns for change of mind. However, exchanges for other sizes or products may be possible at our discretion, subject to stock availability.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@incbox107.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the product (for faulty or damaged items).
- Receive Instructions: Our team will assess your request and provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
- Ship Your Item: Once your return is approved, carefully package the item, including all original packaging, and send it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is approved:
- You will be issued a refund to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The exact time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item as soon as the original is received and inspected. Any price difference or additional shipping costs will be communicated via email.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under Australian Consumer Law. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Inc. Box 107, and we will offer a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Sale items (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
- Intimates and swimwear
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or styles, subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, you may choose to receive store credit or a refund. The process for exchanges follows the same guidelines as returns, and return shipping fees will apply unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs for non-faulty items (e.g., incorrect sizes) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Faulty items: For faulty or incorrect items, Inc. Box 107 will cover all return shipping costs.
